Welcome back to Leuzinger High School for the 2019-2020 school year.
As excited as I am to return to Leuzinger High School, I am even more excited to welcome everyone back to another school year as the Principal. Throughout the summer, the staff has been working to ensure that our school gets off to a great start. It has been another busy summer with planning, hiring of new teachers, construction, registration, and master scheduling. I am looking forward to providing everyone with school updates when we meet on August 16th. Each and everyone one of us will play an important role this year. Regardless of your role or job description as an Olympian, it is important that we understand the academic and social development of our students. Every new and returning staff member comes with a variety of unique experiences that will surely strengthen our school community. With the start of a new year, I am confident that we are all mentally prepared to do “WHATEVER IT TAKES” to help our students achieve greatness. Remember to use each other as a resource, we have an obligation to come together to maximize the potential for all of our students. You are all outstanding educators and I am proud to be working with each and every one of you. As the principal of Leuzinger, I expect our work to result in measurable, sustained outcomes. It is critical that we plan for excellence from the start. Our students and parents deserve a school that meets their needs and it is our responsibility to fulfill that expectation. If we commit to our students, parents, and colleagues from the start of the school year, we will undoubtedly CONTINUE to be the best school in CV.
